Recognising that your behaviour may be considered abusive is an important first step to changing for the better.
Abuse does not necessarily need to involve any violence. Restricting your partner's movements, withholding finances and emotionally injuring them with your behaviour or words are all considered to be forms of abuse.
There is no excuse for abusing your partner in any way. Think about how you act. You can choose to stop.
