Detectives are appealing for information following the report of an assault in the Sentry Hill Park area of Ballymena in the early hours of Wednesday 24th December.

It was reported that as a man walked in the area of Sentry Hill Park he was approached by a number of people and seriously assaulted leaving the man requiring hospital treatment.

Detectives would ask anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have captured dash-cam or CCTV footage from the area which could help with their investigation, to call them in Ballymoney on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1315 24/12/25.
