Detectives are appealing for information and witnesses in relation to a report of a burglary in Carrickfergus yesterday evening, Wednesday 19th November.


Detective Sergeant Ash said: “It was reported that sometime between four and 10.30pm, entry was forced to a house in the Beechgrove area, and a quantity of jewellery was taken from an upstairs bedroom.


“Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are appealing to anyone who might have seen any suspicious activity in the area at the time, or have any information which might assist, to get in touch.


“The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 1675 of 19/11/25.”
