A man arrested following a two vehicle collision in the Nutts Corner area on Sunday 26th April, has been charged to court.
The 29-year-old has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and a number of other offences.
He is due to appear at Limavady Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday 29th April.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
