A man arrested following a single-vehicle collision in the Derrycourtney Road area of Caledon on Saturday 25th April, has been charged to court.
The 38-year-old has been charged with a number of offences including dangerous driving causing death, driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs and driving whilst disqualified.
He is expected to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 29th April.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service
