Police have charged a man to court following the seizure of approximately 120 cannabis plants in the Ardkill Road area of Ardmore, Derry/Londonderry, on Wednesday, 9th July.
The 29-year-old has been charged with cultivating cannabis, being concerned in supply of a Class B drug and being concerned in production of a Class B controlled drug.
He is further charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply and dishonestly using electricity.
He is due to appear before Londonderry Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 11th July.
As is usual procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
