Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Major Investigation Team investigating the murder of 27 year old Sarah Montgomery in Donaghadee have charged a man with murder and child destruction.
The 28-year-old man is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 2nd July.
As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
