A man wanted for arrest on suspicion of fraud and burglary has been arrested in Scotland.

The 45-year-old is due to appear before Laganside Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday 23rd June, on a number of outstanding warrants. He was arrested by Police Scotland in recent days and extradited to Northern Ireland.

Detective Sergeant McKernan said: “This arrest delivers on our assurance of the relentless pursuit of perpetrators and supporting victims.

“Our message is clear to anyone who has left Northern Ireland to the consequences of their actions. We will relentlessly pursue those that are trying to delay or deny justice to victims of crime.”
