Two men aged 42 and 31 years old were arrested following a burglary which occurred at the Donegall Avenue area of south Belfast on Tuesday 16th June.
Inspector Wilson said: “At around 2:30am, it was reported that two men entered a property in the area and it was reported that the keys for a blue coloured Ford Focus car were taken during the incident. It was reported that a man, aged in his 40s, chased the two men out of the property who made off towards the Tates Avenue area following the incident.
“A short time later, officers assisted by our colleagues from the Dog Unit located two men matching the description of those involved at the Ebor Parade area. The men were arrested in relation to the incident and remain in police custody at this time.
