Police investigating a report of an assault in the Lady Street area of west Belfast on Sunday 14th June, have charged a man to court.
The man, aged 46, has been charged with disorderly behaviour and is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 10th July.
A man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s, have both been bailed to allow police to conduct further enquiries.
As is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
