Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Branch, investigating a drugs seizure at a house in the Maryville Street area of south Belfast on Thursday 14th May, have charged two men to court.
The men, aged 18 and 22, have been charged with a number of offences including possession of a class B controlled drug, possession of a class B controlled drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of class B and possession of criminal property.
Both men are due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Friday 15th May.
As is usual procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
A 49-year-old man, arrested in connection to the investigation, has since been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries to be conducted.
