Update on investigation into the serious assault in the Duncairn Parade area of north Belfast on Monday, 20th July.

A 40 year old man, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, has been bailed to allow for further enquiries.

Two men, aged 41 and 32, who were also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, remain in police custody at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
