A man has been charged to court following a report of an assault in Coalisland on Saturday, 23rd May. 

The man, aged 35, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage, possession of a an article with a blade or point in a public place, and common assault. 

He is due to appear before Dungannon Magistrates' Court on Monday 25th May. 

As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
