Police investigating reports of criminal damage to vehicles and assault in the Spencer Road area of Derry/Londonderry on Thursday, 11th June have charged a man to court.

The 40-year-old has been charged with six counts of criminal damage, five counts of common assault, disorderly behaviour, and resisting police.

He is due to appear before Londonderry Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday 13th June.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
