Subject to the outcome of any criminal investigation/prosecution we will only release a ‘Limited Particulars¹’ report. This consists of :
- The name and address of the owner/driver of the vehicles involved in a collision and the Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) of such vehicles.
A full police report and additional material will only be made available after the conclusion of the criminal proceedings (i.e. the Public Prosecution Service has issued a prosecutorial decision not to prosecute or any criminal proceedings are disposed of) unless the request is subject to a Court Order.
