The Human Resources Department is responsible for developing, supporting and training all officers and staff.

The Occupational Health and Well-being Branch are committed to supporting the health of the organisation.

The Health and Safety Branch supports the implementation of the Police Service of Northern Ireland's Health and Safety Policy and provides a comprehensive service on all health and safety matters relating to the organisation.

The Police College help to achieve the organisational purpose through Policing with the Community by preventing crime, protecting communities and detecting offenders by supporting the delivery of operational policing.
